What's New in the latest release from April 29, 2026:

This release introduces a new interactive map, accessible through the new 'Historical Data Map Search' section on the Historical Climate Data homepage. It allows users to search for and explore historical climate data across Canada using map based selection tools and search options. The new feature complements the Historical Data Search, that continues to provide station and table based data access. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Almanac Averages and Extremes

Almanac data provides average and extreme temperature and precipitation values for a particular station over its entire period of record. Where available, the most recent 5 years of daily data are also displayed.

Select a minimum number of years of record to exclude stations with less data.

Select "All data" to search all stations.
